Job Description（职务描述） – Paint Shop Senior Foreman（喷漆间资深工长）Tasks:工作职责·        Be responsible for paint preparation, masking,priming and final coating.·        负责监督喷涂工艺流程和整体流程，喷漆前工件的预处理，表面维护，底漆及漆面的喷涂工艺。·        Assure in time process flowunder consideration of product quality, just in time delivery and ideal usageof teams and facilities capacity.·        确保每个工艺流程都符合生产质量标准，并保证在规定的时间内完工。·        Continuous Improvement ofPainting Technics and  SAP Systems applied.·        不断提升喷漆技术和SAP系统的需求。·        Organization and Supervision ofall Paint shop Facilities as well as related Equipment Maintenance Intervals·        负责组织和监督喷漆设备及其相关的内部设备的定期维护工作。·        Assure cleanliness and tidinessof all areas·        确保喷漆厂区的整体清洁。·        Assure safe and environmentaloperation as per requirements of the zone ·        保证该工作区域的安全。·        Be responsible for the paint shop working hours, materials and otherdaily management work.·        负责喷漆车间工时、物料等的日常管理工作。 YourProfile:任职条件：·        Several Years of Experience inPaintworks of high value items, ideally construction machinery or similar.·        具有3-5年大型组装机械喷漆工作经验·        Experience in operating andmanaging of Series Production Paint Shop Assemblies.·        具有操作和管理系统性喷漆间组装的工作经验。·        Honest and Trustworthy, strongsense of leadership and independent working.·        诚实可信，有领导力，能独立完成领导交付的任务。·        Experience in surface treatmentincluding paint and other related technologies.·        懂得喷漆表面处理或相关的其他技术。·        Communicatewith others in English.·        能用英语进行简单交流。·        Familiar with office software operation such as word, excel, PPT.
